Superbowl wrap up!

NFL Superbowl XLVIII

The biggest Sunday in football is around the corner. If you want to score the MVP (most valuable party) award by serving up a killer menu just serve up some of these favorites!

What in the world is better than ooey, gooey, melted cheese served with tortillas chips? Not much in Wee Bears book. Hence, why we should all dig into Wee Bear's favorite, amazing Queso Fundido for the upcoming big game!

One of Sarah's favorites, Slow cooked  Pulled Pork Sliders or Pulled Pork Bruschetta makes a great appetizer for game day or any gathering. This pork is so juicy and delicious!

Caramelized Bacon is sure to be a big hit! My guests go crazy over it, everytime I serve it!

These Pepper Poppers are a fan favorite, sweet and spicy mmmm! I served these last Spring to Wee Bear's fraternity brothers...they disappeared before I could even get back with the napkins!

Veggie Shooters Vegetables served in individual shot glasses with your favorite dressing makes for an easy, healthy and fun appetizer for everyone!

Hearty Healthy White Chicken Chili  It's a hit--especially with Wee Bear! Wonderful, easy recipe, JUST IN TIME FOR SUPERBOWL!

Mock Fried Chicken  I made this delicious Mock Fried Chicken for a recent family gathering, went to get my camera and came back to an empty basket!! NO KIDDING!! So with a second family gathering and with family hovering over this basket, I snapped 4 pictures before the tongs were flying!! I love it! My sweet son said, "It's awesome!"

Another very quick appetizer! Just puff pastry and ground pepperoni! Pepperoni Pinwheels!

Tink's Spicy stuffed mushrooms are always a hit and disappear moments after being taken out of the oven!

Rustic cheese and tomato tart not only is this a Wowser to look at it is amazing to eat, perfect finger food for the big game!

A great idea for drinks I saw on Good Housekeeping!

On my Master recipe page you can find many perfect sweets to serve for the finish of a great Superbowl game here's just one idea!

Extreme Chocolate Chip Cookies! This recipe gets over 50 hits a day!! No kidding!! It is amazing, has just the right amount of crisp on the outside and ooey gooey softness on the inside!

We are off to our island paradise and will be watching Superbowl XLVIII at Margaritaville, with friends in Ocho Rios!

  1. Excellent! Making Rosemary chicken chowder and Figure friendly cheddar biscuits! I am also baking the Extreme chocolate chip cookies! I have made them before and my friends think I'm the best baker in the world! I used the same chocolate you did. It makes a difference. You are the best! Thanks! Susan
