Irish Whipped Cream

 
 

Irish Cream- a slightly boozy cream addition for coffee, chocolate mousse, hot cocoa, cake, brownies and many other treats! It is a sweet and creamy topping with just a hint of chocolate!
 
Surprise your loved ones with this topping on St. Patrick's Day! 

Irish Whipped Cream

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 T granulated sugar

2 T  Irish Cream

 

Pour the heavy cream into a bowl with the sugar. Use whisk attachment to whip the cream at medium speed until the mixture thickens a bit. 

Slowly pour the Irish Cream while shipping into the bowl and continue to beat until the mixture thickens completely. 

Refrigerate until ready to use. Can be refrigerated for 3 days.
