Instant Pot Monkey Bread

Weekend is here and everyone likes to have something special on a weekend morning! I made this delicious monkey bread for Wee Bear last weekend and shared it with my son and family! Everyone loved it! So quick!

Instant Pot Monkey Bread

1 can Biscuits ( can use any type you like, I used Pillsbury Southern Grands)
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
6 T butter
3/4 c. dark brown sugar, (you can use light brown too, I prefer the dark)

In a zip lock bag place the granulated sugar and cinnamon, give it a good shake.

Cut the biscuits into 4 pieces and put into the bag in batches...give them a good shake to coat them with the sugar. Divide the sugar coated pieces between two small non stick loaf pans, or spray your loaf pan with Pam.

Microwave the butter for 45-60 seconds with a paper towel over top to melt, or melt on cook top. Stir in the brown sugar. Divide and distribute the caramel mixture between the two loaf pans.

Cover the loaf pans with a piece of foil.

Add 1 cup water to the Instant pot, put the trivet or rack in. I have a 6 quart instant pot and can just fit the two mini loaf pans in.

Put on manual high pressure for 21 minutes and do a Natural Release for 5 minutes, then Quick Release.

Serve hot immediately!

If you cannot serve immediately, you can heat up in the microwave for a few seconds.
