Cheesy Potato Chips

  

The 4th of July is coming up and our family has been planning a big celebration! What's on the menu? Well, the traditional hamburgers, hotdogs, apple pie and this year a twist on traditional potato chips!

 

Cheesy Potato Chips

8 ounces potato chip- I used Lays, Bill's favorite

1 1/2 c. Pecorino cheese, finely grated

1 T. coarsely ground pepper

 

Preheat oven to 425 F. Arrange the potato chips in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle half the cheese evenly over the chips. Bake until the cheese is melted and chips are staring to brown on edges....about 4 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately top with remaining cheese and pepper. Let them cool....enjoy!
